[noir] is a collaborative casting and consulting agency founded by Ro Penuliar and Claudine Ingeneri, both fashion industry veterans. Ro and Claudine transitioned from their respective careers in the model agency world, AT ELITE MODEL MANAGEMENT IN New York CITY, before establishing themselves as prominent casting directors in high fashion and beauty publications, INCLUDING ALLURE, Marie Claire, Elle AND W MAGAZINES. They have a collective wealth of experience and collaboration with some of the industry’s most venerable photographers, creative directors, stylists, editors, designers, publicists, models, and model agencies.

Their combined experiences provide a diverse, comprehensive, and innovative service for a wide spectrum of clients: print and digital editorials, advertising, fashion shows, videos, film, and television.
